Formulae for finding length width height of microstrip antenna

First you need to chose the frequency of operation that the antenna finds application and the type of substrate. We have different types of substrates such as ROGERS, FR4 Epoxy etc. There is trade off between cost versus performance in chosing type of substrate.

After chosing frequency and type of substrate we have design equations for the calculation of different parameters such as length, width, feed location etc.
