Hey hi friend !!!
Since the cylinder given is hollow we need to consider its inner curved surface area along with outer surface area
that is = 2(2pie*r*h)= 4pie*r*h
where r = radius
h = height

is the thickness of cylinder is not negligible then the formula will be = 2 pie*r*h + 2*pie*R*h
where r is the inner radius of the cylinder and R is the outer radius of the cylinder
and h = height of cylinder
