Hey there!

Let there are 100 people working in the company.

No.of men = 40
No.of women = 60

Since 75% men earn more than 25000

No.of men earning above 25000 are = 75/100 × 40

=30 Men

But, 45%of company is earning more than 25000 therefore no.of people earning more than 25000 are 45 but out of them 30 are men therefore 15 are women

Total no of women = 60
Therefore,
fraction of women earning below 25000 are = (60-15)/60

= 45/60

= 3/4
