Firstly, take the LCM of bells interval =
LCM ( 8, 12, 18, and 20 ) = 360.
so, after 360 minutes bells will ring together.
We know that,
60 minutes = 1 hour
therefore,
360 minutes = 360/60 = 6 hours
After 6 hours means 10 am + 6hours = 4pm
so, bells will ring together at 4 pm.

so tofind their time of ringing together we have to find their L.C.M.
8=2×2×2
12=2×2×3
18=2×3×3
20=2×2×5
L.C.M.=360
so,all bells will ring together after 360 minutes .
360 minutes =6 hours
so the bells will ring together after 6 hours from 12 noon.
they will ring together at 6 in the evening.
