i calculate force on 2 due to 1,3 & 4

F21 = force on 2 due to 1

F23 = force on 2 due to 3

F is resultant of F21 & F23 directed towards diagonal

add them by vector resultant

F24 is also in the same direction along diagonal

so net force

Fnet = F24 + F
