So let their age's ratio be x

Then the ratio becomes 6x:8x:10x:14x

Now ATQ if youngest gets 18 , it means the 6x one

or 6x=18

or x=3

A ) Thus they other children got :-

8x = 8*3 =24 straw.

10x=10*3=30 straw.

14x=14*3=52 straw.

B) They share a total of (18+52+30+24) straw.
