Given that,

Four cyclists ABCD starts at the same point, at the same time and move in a straight line to reach the destination.

They all move with uniform velocities and reach the destinations in this order C > A > B > D.

We know that,

Uniform velocity :

When the velocity of object is always same as time increases this is called uniform velocity.

The uniform velocities does not mean that all four moves at the same velocity.

If the order of the velocity of four cyclists is V_{c} > V_{a} > V_{b} > V_{d}

Then, they will reach the destination in the order of C >A >B >D.

Hence, This is required answer.
