CSA of cylinder = 2πrh
total csa of 100 pillars = 100×2πrh
= 100×2×22/7×350/10
= 100×22
= 22000 cm²
= 2.2 m²
cost of white washings is ₹100 per m²
total cost of white washing is
2.2×100=₹220
