the cell organelles of prokaryotic doesn't have any covering but the cell organelles of eukaryotic have covering over them
prokaryotic cells do not have well defined nuclear membrane where as eukaryotic cells have well defined nuclear membrane.
single chromosome is present in prokaryotic where as several chromosomes are present in eukaryotic cells.
examples of organisms with prokaryotic cells are bacteria, paramecium, diatoms etc while the examples of organisms with eukaryotic cells are human beings, animals, plants etc.

The primary distinction between these two types of organisms is that eukaryotic cells have a membrane-bound nucleus and prokaryotic cells do not. ... The nucleus is only one of many membrane-bound organelles in eukaryotes. Prokaryotes, on the other hand, have no membrane-bound organelles.
