= 10*10

= 100 cm^2

Radius of the circles = 5cm

Area of the four sectors =

= 4(90)/360×3.14×5×5

= 360/360×3.14×25

= 1×78.5

= 78.5 cm^2

Area of the shaded region = Area of square – Area of four sectors of the circles.

= 100 – 78.5

= 21.5 cm^2
