let the number be x

first number = x + 4

second number = x - 4

third number = 4x

fourth number = \frac{x}{4}

sum of these numbers = 75

according to question

(x+4) + (x-4) + (4x) + (\frac{x}{4}) = 75

x+4 + x-4 + 4x + \frac{x}{4} = 75

\frac{4x+4x+16x+x}{4} = 75

25x = 75 x 4

25x = 300

x = \frac{300}{25}

x = 12

therefore the first number is

x + 4 = 12 + 4 = 16

the second number = x-4 =12-4 = 8

the third number = 4x = 12 x 4 = 48

the fourth number = \frac{x}{4} = \frac{12}{4} = 3
