Hey dear,
Question is incomplete.

◆ Complete question is -
Four rods of same material and having the same cross section and length have been joined. T1=90℃, T2=50℃, T3=30℃, T4=0℃. The temperature of the junction of four rods will be ...

◆ Explaination-
# Given-
A, l & K are same for all rods.
T1 = 90 ℃
T2 = 60 ℃
T3 = 30 ℃
T4 = 0 ℃

# Solution-
Let T be temperature of the junction.

When 4 rods are joined together, it follow the condition
Q1 + Q2 + Q3 + Q4 = 0
KA(90-T)/l + KA(60-T)/l + KA(30-T)/l + KA(0-T)/l = 0
90-T + 60-T + 30-T - T = 0
180 = 4T
T = 45 °C

Therefore, temperature of the junction is 45 °C.

Hope this helps you...
