Given :  four sides with exactly 2 Distinct consecutive pair of sides of same length ( not a parallelogram)

To find : What figure is this ?

Solution:

Four Sides => Quadrilateral

Let say  there is a  Quadrilateral  ABCD

exactly 2 Distinct consecutive pair of sides of same length

Let say

AB = BC    and  CD = AD

but AB ≠ CD    as if AB = CD

then AB = BC = CD = AD  ( this will be a parallelogram )

But its give that its not a parallelogram

Hence
