- 1. Do Regular Exercise so to keep our body fresh and Active throughput the Day.
- 2. Sleep Requirements must be fulfilled to prevent the Person from common disease like Insomnia occurred due to the lack of sleeping.
- 3. Brush Should be done regularly and always prevent Cold things since they are harmful for our teeth, especially during the night. Never eat any sugary or sweet things during the night time, this is because, these sugary things used to make the Calcium Carbonate(out Tooth) soluble.
- 4. Reduce the Tea since it contains Caffeine, which is stressful for our body.
- 5. Try to be in contact with the green grasses and tree since they will help in making our mind calm.
- 6. Never take the stress because it may result in a large physical fatigue called as Depression.
