The highest sum possible by rounding the numbers to get 90 is by  30+30+20+10=90

Now the rules for rounding a number is if;

1) A number is below 5, it will drop to the previous tenth e.g 14 to 10

2) A number is 5 or greater than 5, it will increase to the next tenth

    e.g 15 to 20
