Hey there
 \frac{x}{6}  +  \frac{3}{1}  -  \frac{1}{2} = 0  \\  \\  \frac{x}{6} -  \frac{1}{2}  =  - 3 \\  \\   \frac{x - 3}{6}   =  - 3 \\  \\  =  x - 3 =  - 18 \\  \\  = x =  - 15

I think you done little mistake over here to put 0
Hope this helps you ☺

Answer:

x = - 15

Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{x}{6}  +  \frac{3}{1}  -  \frac{1}{2}  = 0 \\  \\ 2x + 36 - 6 = 0 \\  \\ 2x + 30=0 \\  \\ x =  - \frac{30}{2}  \\  \\  x \: = - 15
