$\frac{3}{10}-\frac{14}{8}$ ÷ $\frac{56}{9}$
$= \frac{3}{10}-\frac{14}{8}*\frac{9}{56}$
$= \frac{3}{10}-\frac{9}{32}$
$= \frac{3*16-5*9}{160}$
$= \frac{48-45}{160}$
$= \frac{3}{160}$
