BOTH ARE NEARLY SAME BUT THEY HAVE ONE DIFFERENCE THAT FRACTIONAL DISTILLATION SHOULD HAVE TEMPERATURE DIFFERENT...THERE SHOULD BE DIFFERENCS IN TEMPERATURE..
