Shopkeeper : Welcome sir. How can I help you.?

Customer : Sir I just purchased a 20,000 worth mobile phone yesterday from your shop. I found that the phone is damaged by yesterday night. So I brought it today to have a replacement or refund.

Shopkeeper : Sir may I know what is the damage you found with the appliance.

Customer : The volume button is not working and whenever I press it the phone switches off.

Shopkeeper : Sir will you please give the bill and the phone you bought so that I can take some moves further.

Customer : Sure.

[ Customer hands over the bill and the phone. The shopkeeper checks the phone and the bill]

Shopkeeper : Sir, you can either have a replacement or a refund .

Customer : I wish to have a refund.

Shopkeeper : Ok sir. I will avail you with your money by today evening. Until that have your bill, mobile and the receipt which I gavre you now with you. Give it to the salesperson by evening and get your money.

Customer : Okay. Thank you.

Shopkeeper : Welcome sir.
