shopkeeper : We can't take it back. This shop has no return policy.

customer : But this phone is damaged.

shopkeeper : That's your problem. We gave you fresh piece of mobile. You took it by seeing yourself. Even you examined this mobile before buying. Now, you broke it and want me to return it. It's not possible.

customer : What about warranty of 1 year?

shopkeeper : Warranty comes for software issues and too when internal hardware is not functioning well. Warranty doesn't come for broken mobile.

customer : okay! I understood. Change my mobile. I will pay for new one.

shopkeeper : Okay.
