Good morning to everybody present here. We're so lucky to have Mr. Sachin Tedulkar with us on our show today. Sachin don't require any introduction. With his consistent performance, he produced many memorable moments in cricket and today is considered as the god of cricket.

I: Sachin, welcome to the show. Our listeners are so keen to hear you.You can see all your fans being so excited about you.

Sachin: Good morning everyone. I take this opportunity to thank you for inviting me to your show.

I: So, How did you pick up cricket as your career?

Sachin: Well, I had never thought I would be a professional player. I loved playing cricket with my neighborhood friends. Once I got a chance to play for my house in the inter-school competition and to my surprise, I defeated all my opponents. Then it was my sports teacher, who encouraged me to play cricket and I became what I am now.

I: Who have been your role models, so far?

Sachin: I've admired Shafali Verma  the most. Then, M.S. Dhoni has also been my inspiration.

I:What are your hobbies except cricket?

Sachin: I read books; watch movies; and spend time with my family as well. Sometimes, I also play different sports to refreshen my mind.

I: How do you cope up with the defeats?

Sachin: Well, wining and losing are like two faces of a coin. We can't ignore the fact that during a match, one will lose and one will win. We should always remember that winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is. The true sportsmanship lies in accepting your defeat and working on it, rather than worrying about the same.

I: What will your message be to our listeners?

Sachin: I'll only say that in order to be excellent, one must work really very hard and strategically. One must never give up in case there are repeated setbacks. And remember, Don't stop chasing your dreams, because dreams do come true.

I: That's really great!!
