Answer:
z*8=16
i.e. z8= 16
so here we can see that 8 is in multiply form so if we move 8 from lhs to rhs then it will be 16 divide by 8 so when we will solve it will 2. so therefore, z is replaced by 2 so 2*8=16

- Frame the equations and solve them
- ii. If z is multiplied by 8 the result is 16
- Hey mate! As it's written to frame the equation so you need to know that framing an equation means writing the sentence in numerical form.
- So as it's given that 'Z multiplied' we get that we have to multiply z with the given number '8' by puting (×) sign between z and 8.
- Then it's given that when they both are multiplied they give 16 as their product. So we have to put an 'equal to' sign between z×8 and 16.
- Which will finally make it z×8=16.
Now solving the equation!
- z×8=16
- z=16/8
- z=2
Varifying!
- 2×8=16
- 16=16
- 0=0
- An expression is a combination of constants, variable and mathematical operations.
A fixed value i.e.,any number , such as 1,2,56,100 are all constants because their values are fixed.
A non-fixed value i.e., any letter such as 'a,b,x,n' , etc are variable.
