Given:-

Frame the Linear Equations in one variable representing the following information :\tt\red{The\:sum\:of\:a\:number \:and\:seven \:is \:thirteen}

To Find:-

 \sf \underline{★According \: to \: the \: question : }

now, we have to form an equation

so let the unknown number be: \tt\blue{x}

 {\boxed{ \blue{: ⟹ \sf \: x + 7 = 13}}}

Solution:-

 \sf \: : ⟹x + 7 = 13 \\ \\  \sf : ⟹x = 13 - 7 \\  \\ : ⟹ \sf \: x = 6 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

 \blue {\underline{ \purple{ \boxed{ \mathfrak{ \therefore \: the \: value \:of \: x = 6}}}}}

More to know:-

transposition method was used to find the value of x here

hope this helps.!!
