She buys twice as many 20p stamps as 50p stamps.

Number of 20p stamps is twice as number of 50p stamps so for each 50p another 40p spent for a total of 3 stamps.

So total number of stamps=11*3=33

Amount of 20p stamps=2/3 of 33 = 22
