franz thought this as he was very frustrated with Germans and he thought that will they make pigeon to sing in German as nobody can change one's culture and french was their mother tongue they have grown using it now taking it away from them would be unfair and unkind moreover it will be difficult for people to accept the language which is imposed on them.
