Fred read that children usually learn to walk by the age of 12 months. If fred's little boy is not walking at 13 and 1/2 months, should fred be concerned?

see , if the child does not walk then may be there is a disease  or there is a problem in development of the child s bones .but its not that much to worry as many people walk by 14 its just ok but for a safer side he has to consult a doctor
