1. By enforcing it in letter and spirit. Laws simply written in paper but not executed serve no purpose.

2. There are both central and state boards to implement such laws.

3. A Clean Environment has to be considered a public facility and like all public facilities has to reach all citizens equally. An example: Many factories in residential areas in Delhi were ordered to be closed as they were polluting the surroundings.

4. By passing new legislations and acts necessary for protection and conservation of environment and sustainable use of natural resources.
