Ø Click on the Go button. In the displayed list of results, select the desired Clip Art to insert it in the document. Or

INSERTING IMAGES FROM A SCANNER
If a scanner is connected to a computer, Word allows you to insert the scanned item into the document as an image.
This task is performed by the Clip Organizer tool of the Word application. To use Clip Organizer, follow the given steps:
Ø Select Start > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Clip Organizer.
The Favorites-Microsoft Clip Organizer window appears.
Ø Click on the File tab. Then, select Add Clips to Organizer >
From Scanner or Camera.
Ø Select the scanner device and resolution quality, and then
click on the Insert tab.
Ø Wait until the scanning is done and then click on the folder
with your scanner name under My Collections section.
You can see the scanned image in it. Close Microsoft Clip
Organizer.
Ø Now, open the Word document. In the Clip Art pane, click
on the Go button. The scanned image appears. Click on the
image to insert it into your document.
INSERTING AN IMAGE USING DRAG AND DROP METHOD
Drag and drop refers to selecting an image from a particular location and dragging and dropping it in the document
where required. To do so, follow the given steps:
Ø Open a Word document and move the cursor to the location where you want to insert the image.
Ø Now, locate the image on your computer using the File Explorer window.
Ø Select the image and drag it in your document. The image will be inserted in the document.
INSERTING AN IMAGE FROM THE CLIPBOARD
Sometimes, you may want to insert an image in your document from any other previously created document. In order
to do this, follow the given steps:
Ø Open the document in which the image already exists.
Ø Click on the image and press Ctrl+C to copy it. The image gets copied to the clipboard.
Ø Now, open the other document and place the cursor where you want to paste the image.
Ø Press Ctrl+V. The copied image is pasted in the document.
NOTE
If you close the source document from where you have copied the image before pasting it in the destination document, then
the image may be lost from the clipboard.
