Example:

If we like any bird's sing and we will keep it golden cage It willn't manner for it as freedom is not having any cost.

Message of poet:

The poet is trying to convey through the poem that freedom isn't having any cost .For any living organism it is most precious because any organism can live happily only if freedom is there. If we are kept in cages and getting food at time, clean clothes and all the basic requirements of life then also we will not be happy but if we will be free then we can eat ,play,do hardwork, maybe sometime hungry but then also we will live a happy life.

For your info:

ponder for a minute we are keeping pet birds at home cutting their wings and keeping them in cages ;giving them food also etc ..they are coming to you as they are having hope that you will give them food as something is better then nothing. But they are not happy .God has given them wings to fly (a gift and decoration of nature given to human)BUT human started keeping them in cages or eating them .Human started keeping animals tied for their benefits.

HOPE H WILL LEARN SOMETHING....BUT ONLY IF YOU WILL READ FULL ANSWER WITH HEART.
