“French Onion Soup”
POV :
French onion soup is bullshít. First of all, it's fundamentally wrong to make a man feel as though there's gonna be cheesy goodness all throughout the dish. Playing with his emotions ain't frickin' good! NOT AT ALL GOOD !
Then, once you break through that upper cheesy layer, it's all over! Believe me, there's nothing left! After that cheesy breakthrough it's nothing but some goddāmn brown water and onions on out. I think it's a true proverbial bait and "switch-off-light" cuisine and is therefore, bullshít.
It's good if it's thicker and served with a lot of croutons and if not then again it's nothing but bullshít!!

Tastes like caramelized onions in beef broth and there is a thick slice of french bread in the center, mozzarella was melted on it in the oven on broil for a few minutes until the cheese melted and turned a crispy brown Its quite delicious. You need a fork knife and spoon for this.
