Ummm I am not good at French enough but if you need translation then here it is-

I start working at 9 a.m. I work until noon. At noon, I buy a sandwich. I eat in the garden. I walk. I look at the windows. I phone Jean-Paul. I start work again at 2 o'clock. I finish at 6 o'clock. I spend the evening with Sophie. We listen to records and we dance.
