French Revolution did not fulfill the aspiration of all the section because it was seen that the middle class or the richer groups of the society were the most benefited. The poor and the lower class were the most disappointed as their dreams and aspirations were not met or rather considered.

The women group and men with no property were not allowed to vote. Those who did not pay taxes were also stopped from casting their votes.
