French revolution was then an inspiration to all the empires subjugated by monarchy. French revolution inspired many parts of Europe, and only Europe the whole world itself, India too, being among them.
The then French government, which had only favored the rich and upper class, was overthrown by the sheer determination of the lower class and middle class.
The American Revolutionary War was also inspired by the French Revolution.
Their battle cry i.e. "Liberty,Equality and Fraternity" inspired many countries, including our own, since we have the same things written down in the Constitution.
