Fresh milk has a ph of 6 . When it change into curd , will its ph value increase or decrease ? Explain your answer .

when milk is changed into curd its acidity increases means its ph decreases. this is because lactobaccilus bacteria converts lactose sugar into lactic acid

When it changes to curd its pH will decrease. It is because curd contains lactic acid. Since acids generally have a low pH value, when fresh milk changes to curd its pH will decrease.
