fresh milk has a pH of 6. when it changes into curd ( yogurt) ,milk its pH value inceases or decreases ?

curd contains lactic acid in it, thus it is acidic in nature.
therefore, pH of fresh milk will decrease from 6 to a smaller value as it sets into curd.
