The pH of milk is 6. As it changes to curd it pH will reduce as curd is acidic in nature and he acids present in curd will decrease the pH.

ph value of acidic is 1 to 6 when it changes to yogurt (curd) it has acidic nature due to presence of lactobacilius so it decreases and it also contains citric acidic so it reduces it's ph value . And also curd is bitter due to citric acid
