Fresh milk has a pH of 6. When it changes to curd, will its pH value increase or decreases? Why?

The pH of milk will decrease when it will turn into curd. Because

After the milk fermentation it will turn into an acidic medium thus (Lactic acid) thus the pH will show acid concentration.

Therefore the pH value will decrease.
