Fresh milk is boiled before consumption while processed milk can be consumed without boiling give reasons

The processed milk undergoes the antimicrobial treatment called pasteurization. Due to pasteurization most of the microbes would be dead. while fresh milk is not processed so might contain microbes.

Because the processed milk undergoes a process named as pasteaurisation which kills all the microbe of the milk but the fresh milk contains microbes so it is first boiled to kill the microbes.
