• Advantages:

             Friction helps us in writing, walking, driving, playing, running and much more

             Friction helps us in staying steadily on the ground

• Disadvantages:

             Friction brings out wear and tear in machines, shoes, stairs, etc

             Friction damages machines, also wasting energy additionally by reducing speed

•  As we cannot do our day to day activities without friction but with it we lose energy, speed, etc.
