Sprouting is the natural germination process by which seeds or spores put out shoots, plants produce new leaves or buds, or other newly developing parts experience further growth.

In the field of nutrition, the term signifies the practice of germinating seeds, to be eaten raw or cooked.

The term can also be used for hair growth, and in a figurative sense it can mean something appearing suddenlyOxygen that is dissolved in water and from the air contained in the soil is used. If soil conditions are too wet, an anaerobic condition can be created and seeds may not be able to germinate due to lack of oxygen. Light – Some seeds need light for germination, while someother seed varieties are hindered by light.

Fright seeds do not sprout because the seeds are already dead will they are fried. When the seats are placed in oil weather in heated oil the seeds Die because of the the extreme heat of the oil. And after the seeds die out it is not possible for the seeds to germinate and sprout. So as a result it's not possible for the seeds to germinate after it has been fried in the oil. Hence the seed will not germinate.
