Your pc is showing this on screen, because your pc was shutdown suddenly.

And because of it your pc didn't get chance to save all data's thats why its asking such questions.

Now to solve this, You can use anti viruses softwares or you can select start windows normally.

There is no reason for panic it won't happen twice just dont shutdown your pc suddenly.
