Average =
 \frac{sum \: of \: observation}{number \: of \: obseration}
For example Average of 10,20 and 30
Now sum of observation = 10+20+30= 60
No. of observation = 3
So 60÷3 = 20
Observation is given set of data

Average is the Sum of all the observations divided by the total number of observations.

Let, there are 3 observations a, b and c.

So, Average = (a+b+c)/3
