am writing this letter to advise you to play outdoor sports regularly or do any physical exercise. You must
have heard the famous proverb: ‘A healthy mind lives in a healthy body’. Playing
sports is as important as studying. Sports and games are undoubtedly the
building blocks of the health and character of children. Neglecting physical exercise means serious implications on your health. Playing games and sports is
essential for proper physical growth and development.
Exercise helps in preventing excess weight gain or maintaining
weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. Exercise
keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular
diseases. In fact, regular physical activity can help you prevent or manage a
wide range of health problems and concerns, including stroke, metabolic
syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, and certain types of cancer, arthritis
and falls.
Exercise is not beneficial for body, but mind
and emotions also. Exercising regularly for 30-45 minutes daily has great
effects on the health of your brain. It also helps to improve mood.
Kindly join a health club or sports academy. I want you to
be all-rounder. I appreciate your dedication to studies, but I honestly want
you to be good at everything. I assure you playing sports will enhance
complement your studies. You will enjoy your life more. I hope you will not
