This poem means to say that people who flatter you will not stick with you when you are in misery .It is easy for them to find word to flatter you but they will not stick around
In the second paragraph ,he means to say that as long as you have money and power people would want to stick around ,but when you lose it all, nobody would want to help .
If one supplies them with all they want ,they will call him bountiful. They would treat him as a king
But, when he loses his money and power, then there goes all of their flattery .They would no longer give him company in his misery.
