Hey friend here is your answer......

Answer :

What is combustion ?

Combustion is the burning of substances in air or oxygen to release heat and light.  The substance that undergoes combustion is called fuel.

The Types of combustion :

Combustion can be of different types it can be spontaneous , Rapid , slow and incomplete .

Spontaneous Combustion :

Some combustion reactions take place without the application of heat energy . When White Phosphorus is exposed to air at room temperature, it catches the fire immediately . even without being lit by a matchstick . This type of combustion reaction that occurs without the help of any external heat source is called spontaneous combustion .

Slow Combustion :

Combustion that takes place at a very slow rate is called slow combustion . during this type of combustion low heat and light are produced . Food oxidized in our body to release energy is an example of slow combustion . Rusting of Iron Is another Good Example Of slow Combustion . During oxidised  and energy Is released ,  but The process Is Very Slow . So We Can't See How it happens .

No 1. pic is slow combustion - equation.

Incomplete Combustion :

Combustion takes place in the presence of oxygen . iyf the supply of oxygen is insufficient, then combustion will be incomplete . This is called incomplete combustion . Carbon forms carbon monoxide when it undergoes incomplete combustion .

No 2. pic is incomplete combustion - equation.

Hii Mate!!

First What Do We Mean By Combustion??

Combustion, or burning, is a high-temperature exothermic redox chemical reaction between a fuel and an oxidant, usually atmospheric oxygen, that produces oxidized, often gaseous products, in a mixture termed as smoke. Combustion in a fire produces a flame, and the heat produced can make combustion self-sustaining.

Types Of Combustion
a) Spontaneous combustion
b) Rapid combustion
c) Explosion
d) Slow combustion

(a). Spontaneous combustion: A substance burns without the support of external reagent is called spontaneous combustion. Ex: when white phosphorus kept open atmosphere it burns immediately. (b).Rapid combustion: A substance that burns quickly and producing heat is called rapid combustion. Ex: Burning of candle (c). Explosion: If burning of substance produces lot of heat then it is called explsion. Ex: burning of crackers. (d). Slow combustion: The combustion reactions which take place slowly and give less amount of heat slowly are termed as slow combustion reactions. The processes of rusting, digestion of food are examples for slow combustion.
