Answer:

A (ΔABC) = 1/2 * AC * BM

= 1/2 * 22 * 3

= 11 * 3

= 33 cm sq.

A (ΔADC) = 1/2 * AC * DN

= 1/2 * 22 * 3

= 11 * 3

= 33 cm sq.

Area of quadrilateral ABCD = A (ΔABC) + A (ΔADC)

= 33 + 33 = 66 cm sq.

Hope it helps...

Answer:

In triangle ABC -

Ar (ABC)= 1/2 ×Base×Height

= 1/2 × AC × BM. ----1

Ar (ADC)=1/2 ×Base ×Height

=1/2×AC×DN------2

By 1 + 2-

Ar (ABC) + Ar (ADC)= 1/2 × AC × (BM+DN)

Ar (ABCD) = 1/2 × 22 × (3+3)

= 1/2 × 22 × 6

= 22×3

=66 cm square
