hey
Step 1: Draw a line segment PQ ( = AB + BC + CA ) = 11cm.

Step 2: Draw an angle of 60° at P and an angle of 45° at Q.

Step 3: Bisect ∠P and ∠Q. Let the bisectors of ∠P and ∠Q intersect in A.

Step 4: Draw perpendicular bisector DE of AP which intersect PQ in B and FG of AQ which intersect PQ in C.

Step 5: Join AB and AC.

∴ ΔABC is the required triangle.

ankita70: your 2 ans is. mean=sum of all the observations/total no.of observation
mean=23
total no. of observations==15
so,sum=mean*total no. of observations
sum=23*15
sum=345

new sum=initial sum*2
new sum=345*2=690
new mean=new sum/total no. of observations
new mean=690/15=46

hope it helps....!!
ankita70: and your 3 ans is. In ΔABC,

∠BAC + ∠ABC + ∠ACB = 180° (Angle sum property of a triangle)

⇒ ∠BAC + 69° + 31° = 180°

⇒ ∠BAC = 180° − 100º

⇒ ∠BAC = 80°

∠BDC = ∠BAC = 80° (Angles in the same segment of a circle are equal)
