Yes, it's common and nothing surprising in it. Now your question, how much time does it take for affection to convert into love?

I am not a physiologist, but I can say that if one has to fall in love, one can fall in love in a moment and if one don't want to be in love, you don't fall in love for ages.

But usually, after a few talks, a few Sharing of secrets and some fun loving things , one is obvious to fall in love with a person of opposite gender.

Well, This isn't love, this is INFAUTATION and be careful from this Infautation because people think it's love but it isn't and at last, everything ends with breakups or betrayl.

If you really wanna fall in love, if you really want to, then try to understand the person, try to understand his/her feelings, Understand him/her, take care of emotions, take care of her /him and stand by his/her side whenever he/she is alone.

Once you pass in all these, no doubt that's love and if you both really trust each other, go ahead and enjoy this sweet relation called love but make such it's really 'love' otherwise you will be broken at last.
