friends I have a simple question please tell me the difference between motivation and inspiration

So, inspiration is something that you feel on the inside, while motivation is something from the outside that compels you to take action. Inspiration is a driving force, while motivation which is a pulling force. Some people believe that motivation is for lazy people because they cannot be bothered getting things done

I see inspiration as the force that ignites motivation.  I disagree that motivation is something on the outside that compels action except for pure forms of external motivation.  Motivation is usually an inside job resulting from how we interpret our possibilities for taking action and what the results of taking action will mean for us.
