\implies\sf (3x+4)\degree\;=\;(5x-2)\degree

\implies\sf 3x+4\;=\;5x-2

\implies\sf 4+2\;=\;5x-3x

\implies\sf 6\;=\;2x

\implies\sf x\;=\frac{6}{2}

\implies\sf x\;=\;3

NOTE:-

Opposite angles of llgm are equal

sum of Adjacent angle is equal to 180°

So,

1st angle = 3x+4 = 3×3+4 = 9+4 = 13°

3rd angle = 5x-2 = 5×3-2 = 15-2 = 13°

Hence

=> 1st+2nd angle = 180°

=> 13 + 2nd angle = 180°

=> 2nd angle = 180-13 = 167°

=> 4th angle = 2nd angle = 167°
